4. Property Access:

Clients grant access to the lawn care team on scheduled service days.
Tip Top Lawn Care is not responsible for any obstacles hindering access.

5. Liability:

Tip Top Lawn Care is not liable for damages resulting from factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or pre-existing lawn issues.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

We strive for client satisfaction; please notify us promptly if you are dissatisfied with our services.

8. Confidentiality:

Any information shared by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.

12. Treatment Scheduling

Our treatments are designed to be spaced approximately 8-10 weeks apart. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, may necessitate adjustments to this timeline.

13. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
